Laundry Pick Up Service Agreement

This agreement is made between Fresh Fold Laundry, LLC and the customer.

Services

  • Fresh Fold Laundry, LLC agrees to provide laundry pick up, washing, drying, folding, and delivery services to the customer.

  • The customer agrees to pay Fresh Fold Laundry, LLC the fees specified in the price list, which may be updated from time to time.

  • The customer agrees to place the laundry in a sealed bag with the customer's name, address, phone number, and any special instructions clearly written on it.

  • The customer agrees to have the laundry ready for pick up at the agreed time and location.

  • Fresh Fold Laundry, LLC agrees to pick up the laundry within the specified time window and deliver it back to the customer within 48 hours, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Fresh Fold Laundry, LLC agrees to follow the customer's instructions regarding the washing, drying, and folding of the laundry, as long as they are reasonable and feasible.

  • Fresh Fold Laundry, LLC agrees to use only high-quality detergents, softeners, and bleach, and to handle the laundry with care and professionalism.

Liability

  • Fresh Fold Laundry, LLC is not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the laundry during the pick up, delivery, or processing, unless it is caused by the negligence or misconduct of Fresh Fold Laundry, LLC or its employees.

  • Fresh Fold Laundry, LLC is not responsible for any shrinkage, fading, bleeding, or wear and tear of the laundry due to normal washing and drying processes.

  • Fresh Fold Laundry, LLC is not responsible for any damage or loss of the laundry due to the customer's failure to follow the care instructions on the labels, or to provide accurate and complete information about the laundry.

  • Fresh Fold Laundry, LLC is not responsible for any items left in the pockets or attached to the laundry, such as money, jewelry, keys, pens, etc. Fresh Fold Laundry, LLC will make reasonable efforts to return such items to the customer, but is not liable for any loss or damage of such items.

  • The customer is responsible for any damage or loss caused by the customer's laundry to Fresh Fold Laundry, LLC's equipment, facilities, or other customers' laundry, such as due to stains, odors, flammability, etc. The customer agrees to reimburse Fresh Fold Laundry, LLC for any costs or expenses incurred as a result of such damage or loss.

Payment

  • The customer agrees to pay Fresh Fold Laundry, LLC the fees for the services rendered within 7 days of receiving the invoice.

  • The customer can pay by cash, check, credit card, or online payment methods.

  • If the customer fails to pay on time, Fresh Fold Laundry, LLC may charge a late fee of 10% of the outstanding balance per month, or the maximum amount allowed by law, whichever is lower.

  • If the customer fails to pay within 30 days of receiving the invoice, Fresh Fold Laundry, LLC may withhold the delivery of the laundry until the payment is made in full, or dispose of the laundry as it sees fit, without any liability to the customer.

Termination

  • Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by giving the other party a written notice of at least 30 days.

  • If the agreement is terminated, the customer agrees to pay Fresh Fold Laundry, LLC for any services performed up to the date of termination, and Fresh Fold Laundry, LLC agrees to deliver any laundry in its possession to the customer within 7 days of receiving the payment.

  • Termination of this agreement does not affect the rights and obligations of the parties that accrued prior to the termination.

General

  • This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, or representations, whether written or oral, regarding the subject matter of this agreement.

  • This agreement may not be modified or amended except by a written document signed by both parties.

  • This agreement is governed by the laws of the state of New Jersey, and any disputes arising from or relating to this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Jersey.

  • If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the rest of the agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

  • The parties agree to perform their obligations under this agreement in good faith and with mutual respect and cooperation.
